MEDIA USAGE RIGHTS

By purchasing photography and video media products and services from Snapscene Photography, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered media for the client’s own business, marketing, promotional, and communications purposes.

The duration of the usage license will be agreed upon as part of the project details. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the client may use the delivered media for their own approved business and marketing purposes without a fixed expiry.

The client may use the delivered media across their own website, social media, email marketing, print materials, advertising, and other standard business marketing channels, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Use by partner businesses, vendors, sponsors, publications, or other third parties requires separate licensing or written permission from Snapscene Photography.

Copyright and ownership of all media remain with Snapscene Photography. Delivered media may not be sold, transferred, sub-licensed, altered, or provided to any third party for separate commercial use without written permission.

Snapscene Photography may use the media for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
